Managing your subscription

Change your subscription plan or manage billing.

How do I pay my subscription immediately?

To make an instant payment for your subscription: 

  1. Log in to your Moniebook account
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  4. Select Make payment now at the top of your screen
  5. Select Confirm payment 
  6. We’ll send you a 6-digit code to verify your payment 
  7. Enter your code to complete your payment

I want to cancel my subscription plan

To cancel your subscription: 

  1. Log in to your Moniebook account
  2. Select Settings on the left-hand side
  3. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  4. Select View plan and payment details
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Cancel
  6. Select your reason for cancelling
  7. Select Cancel my subscription


Your subscription will continue until your billing cycle ends.

I want to reactivate my subscription

For cancelled subscriptions


If you want to reactivate a cancelled subscription, your previous data and settings will be restored once the reactivation is complete. 


To reactivate a cancelled subscription:

  1. Log in to your Moniebook account
  2. Select Reactivate Subscription at the top of the screen
  3. Select Reactivate Subscription



For expired subscriptions


When your subscription expires, your account becomes inactive and you lose access to features and data. 


To reactivate an expired subscription: 

  1. Log in to your Moniebook account
  2. Select Settings on the left-hand side 
  3. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  4. Select Reactivate Subscription

I want to upgrade my subscription plan

By upgrading your subscription, you can unlock extra features, increase limits, and access advanced tools that can help you grow your business. You can upgrade any time, and changes will take effect immediately. 


To upgrade your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Moniebook account
  2. Select Settings on the left-hand side
  3. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  4. Select View plan and payment details
  5. Select Change to see the different plans we offer
  6. Choose your plan and scroll down to select Upgrade to plan


You can downgrade your plan any time by following the same steps above.
