Onboarding

If a business is created and a subscription is completed without the BRM Code:

1. The business becomes immediately ACTIVE once implementation and subscription fees are debited
2. The BRM Code cannot be modified on an ACTIVE business – the business must be INACTIVE for a minimum of 33 days before the modification can be processed
3. No commission is paid – without a BRM Code, payments and commissions are not processed to the BRM and Implementers

Note: BRMs are now locked to businesses, so referral codes cannot be added or changed after activation.

A BRM Code is a unique identifier assigned to a Business Relationship Manager responsible for onboarding and managing a business on Moniebook. It is a mandatory field that must be accurately entered during onboarding before any subscription, implementation or activation is initiated.

Correct onboarding order:

1. Create the business profile on the platform
2. Input the correct BRM Code before proceeding
3. Complete the subscription and payment process
4. Business becomes ACTIVE on the platform

Onboard a business as a BRM by following the steps below

1. Log in to your MonieCRM
2. Click on Moniebook from the dropdown menu on the left
3. Click on referrals
4. Input the business account number for onboarding in the box
5. Complete the process and generate a link
6. Paste the link in a Chrome Browser and complete the onboarding for the business

Please note that the link expires, and it will require you to regenerate it once it expires.
