Whether you’re setting up for the first time, or expanding your operations to multiple branches — Moniebook helps you track sales, control inventory, access payments, organize branches, and manage staff.
There are 3 steps to getting started on Moniebook:
- Setting up your account
- Creating your business
- Selecting a subscription plan
Setting up your account
Although you may have a Moniepoint account, you’ll need to set up a new Moniebook account.
To set up your Moniebook account:
- Go to moniebook.moniepoint.com
- If you have a Moniepoint Business account select Sign In with Moniepoint and enter your details to sign in
- If you do not have a Moniepoint Business account, select Create Account at the top right
- Now that you’re signed in to Moniebook, enter your email address and select Continue
- We’ll send you a 6 digit code to the email address you provided in the previous step
- Enter the code and select Continue
- If you didn’t receive a code, select Didn’t get code? for a new one to be sent
- Once you’ve verified your email address, you’re ready to Create Business
Creating your business
Now that you have a Moniebook account, it’s time to create your business. You’ll enter your business name, create your first branch, and finish by describing your business.
To start creating your business:
- Enter your Business name
- Tick the checkbox to agree to our terms of service and privacy policy
- Select Continue
Next you’ll need to create your first branch:
- Enter the Branch name
- Enter the Address of the branch
- Select the State and Local government that your branch is located in
- Select the Moniepoint Business account that you want attached to the branch
- If this is your first branch, you’ll select the new account you’ve just created
- Select Save branch to continue
You’re now onto the final steps of creating your business:
- Help us understand what your business is about by selecting one of the options
- If none of the options fit, select Other and give us some details
- Select Continue
- Tell us the size of your business by selecting one of the options
- Select Continue
- Tell us how your learned about Moniebook by selecting one of the options
- Select Continue to finish creating your business
Selecting a subscription plan
Moniebook is available through a paid subscription, but you can choose between 2 different options.
To select your subscription plan:
- Explore the different options and select the one that best suits your needs
- Select Continue
- We’ll ask you to confirm your subscription and select a Moniepoint account to pay for your plan
- You have the option to add extra features, we’ll calculate a new price for you in real-time if you select any of these
- Select Proceed
- To confirm your subscription request, we’ll send you a 6 digit code to either your email, SMS, or Whatsapp
- Enter your code
- Select Verify now
- Select Got it to finish confirming your subscription plan
Please note, every new registered Moniebook business receives a free 30 days trial. You will not be charged until your 30 days trial has ended.
