Using invoices at checkout

After enabling credit sales, you’ll see 3 payment options at checkout: 

  1. Full payment
  2. Partial payment
  3. Pay later


Full payment

Select this option if a customer will pay the total amount owed at the time of checkout. 


No customer information is needed for this option because no invoice will be created. 


Partial payment 

Select this option if the customer will only pay part of the amount owed at the time of checkout. 


You’ll need to enter:

  • The customer’s information 
  • The amount they paid 
  • When the rest of the amount is due 


An invoice will be created with the balance due and will be associated with the customer in your Moniebook account. You can find invoices in Sales


Pay later 

Select this option if a customer will not pay anything at the time of checkout.

  • The customer’s information 
  • When the amount is due 


An invoice will be created with the amount listed as credit and will be associated with the customer in your Moniebook account. You can find invoices in Sales.
