Log in to the Moniebook Register.
Navigate to Saved Carts.
Search for or select the saved cart.
Click Resume Cart.
Review the items in the cart.
Proceed to Checkout when ready

Navigate to Sales.
Select Completed Sales.
Locate and click on the preferred transaction.
Click the three dots (⋮) beside the sale and select Refund Sale.
Choose the item(s) to be refunded — both full and partial refunds are supported.
Select the refund method: Cash or Customer Wallet.
Proceed with the refund.

Tracking: Refunded transactions can be tracked under the Refunds tab in the Sales menu.

Select Cancel Sale.

Only users with the appropriate permission level can cancel completed sales. Contact your business owner or admin if this option is unavailable.

Split Payment allows a customer to pay for a single transaction using two or more different payment methods.

Log in to the Moniebook Register.
Navigate to Sell.
Add all required items to the cart.
Review the cart.
Click Checkout.
Select Full Payment or Partial Payment.
Click Split Payment at the top-right corner.
Select the first payment method and enter the amount for that method.
Select the second payment method and enter the remaining balance.
Repeat until the full transaction amount is allocated.
Confirm all payments to complete the transaction. A receipt will be generated automatically.

Example — ₦50,000 sale: ₦20,000 via Cash | ₦15,000 via Transfer | ₦15,000 via Card

The Save Cart feature allows a cashier to temporarily pause a cart and resume it later without losing the selected items — useful when a customer needs more time or steps away.

Log in to the Moniebook Register.
Navigate to Sell.
Add the required items to the cart.
Review the cart contents.
Click Save Cart.
Enter a cart name or reference if prompted OR leave the autogenerated cart name as is.
Click Save.

Click on Sales.
Click on Unsynced Sales.
Open the Sale you want to manually sync.
Click the Sync Sale button.

Click More.

Open the Sale you want to manually sync.
Click the Sync Sale button.
